The Graham Brush Parcels

Tucked away in the triangle bordered by Tanner Hill Rd and Route #45, just a stone's throw from the North East corner of Lake Waramaug are four individual conservation easements each bordering the next that are the gift of the late Graham Brush, a former member of the board of directors of the Warren Land Trust.

Totaling approximately 13 acres the four properties stand on a hillside with a beautiful view of Connecticut's largest natural lake. The property is threaded with hardwoods and mountain laurel that sit on craggy rock outcroppings and rise above Sucker Brook, a natural tributary that flows into the lake.

Mr. Brush gifted the easements on the parcels in four separate donations starting in 1990 and proceeding in 1993, 1995 and 1997. The particular appeal of the property is, as mentioned above, it's proximity to the lake.

Mr. Brush was one of the founding members of the WLT and served on its board of directors from the time of its founding until his death.
